Q: Can I request a specific delivery date?
We’ll always do our best. Add your preferred date in the checkout notes, and we’ll be in touch if we can’t meet it.
Q: What’s the difference between a custom poem and a ready-made one?
Custom poems are written just for your recipient, based on details you share. Ready-made poems are part of our curated library, selected for timeless moments.
Q: Can I see the custom poem before it’s printed?
Yes — you’ll receive a draft via email. One round of edits is included before we finalise it.
Q: How do I choose from the library of poems or submit details for a custom poem?
After checkout, you will receive a second email with links to either the full library of ready-written poems or to a form to fill out details.

Q: What kinds of plants do you use?
We choose easy-care indoor plants — from leafy greens to British-grown blooms. Each package lists your plant choices.
Q: Are your plants pet-friendly?
Some are, some aren’t. We’re working on a filter for this, but feel free to email us before ordering if this matters to you.
Q: Do you offer plant-only or poem-only gifts?
Yes — some moments call for words alone. You can now order a standalone custom poem, printed and packaged with care. Ideal for posting directly or keeping close.

We currently deliver across the UK.
Q: How long will my order take?
- Ready Collection: 2–3 working days to dispatch
- Custom Collection: Up to 10 working days to dispatch after custom poem completion.
Delivery time depends on the shipping option selected at checkout.
Q: Will I receive tracking?
Yes — once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking link via email.
Returns & Issues
Q: Can I return my order?
We don’t accept returns on custom items unless damaged. Ready-made packages can be returned within 14 days. See our Refund Policy.
Q: My item arrived damaged — what now?
We’re so sorry. Please email us within 3 days with photos so we can put things right.
