What’s Included:

  • A bespoke poem, written from scratch by a P&P poet

  • Packaged in a gift envelope, sealed and posted to you or your recipient

 

How It Works:

  1. Place your order

  2. After checkout, you’ll receive a short form to tell us who the poem is for, the occasion, and the feeling you’d like it to carry

  3. Within 5 working days, we’ll send a first draft by email

  4. You can request light edits before we finalise and post it

Packages are priced based on the full bundle (plant size/quality, poem format, packaging and fulfilment). Product availability and bundle pairings may change over time, but orders are honoured as placed.

Dispatch & delivery

Dispatch

  • Ready Collection: Dispatches in 2–3 working days.
  • Custom Collection: We begin once we’ve received your poem selection/brief. Please allow up to 10 working days for dispatch after your custom poem is confirmed.

Delivery

  • UK delivery with tracked shipping (you’ll receive tracking details by email once dispatched).
  • Orders are packaged gift-ready and securely protected for transit.

Gifting tip

  • If it’s for a specific date, pop it in the order notes (or message us) and we’ll do our best to help.

Return Policy

Contact us within 3 days

Email hello@plantsandpoems.co.uk within 3 days of delivery (include photos if relevant) and we’ll help.

Custom Orders

No returns/refunds unless your item arrives damaged or your poem is not delivered as promised.

Ready-Made Packages

Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery if unused, in original condition, and packed securely for transit.

Postage & refunds

Return postage is your responsibility unless the item was damaged/incorrect.

Returns address is shared by email once approved. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method (allow 5–10 working days).
