Dispatch

  • Ready Collection: Dispatches in 2–3 working days.
  • Custom Collection: We begin once we’ve received your poem selection/brief. Please allow up to 10 working days for dispatch after your custom poem is confirmed.

Delivery

  • UK delivery with tracked shipping (you’ll receive tracking details by email once dispatched).
  • Orders are packaged gift-ready and securely protected for transit.

No returns/refunds unless your item arrives damaged or your poem is not delivered as promised.

Ready-Made Packages

Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery if unused, in original condition, and packed securely for transit.

Postage & refunds

Return postage is your responsibility unless the item was damaged/incorrect.

Returns address is shared by email once approved. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method (allow 5–10 working days).
